Set Your Sales Goals—Commission Incentive Renewed for 2026–2027
The Doctors Company is renewing our Key Agency Commission Incentive Program for the upcoming 2026–2027 program year (July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027), allowing most Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies to continue earning additional commission on eligible new and retained business.
Commission for All States Except New York
For new and renewal business in all states except New York, the rest of the Key Agency Commission Incentive Program remains the same as the prior program year and works as follows:
- Qualifying Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies that meet predetermined goals can earn additional commissions of 5 percent on new business and 1 percent on retained business.
- To earn the commission for the 2026–2027 program year, agencies must maintain their Chairman’s Circle or Key Agency status as of July 1, 2026. The bonus commission for the 2026–2027 program year will apply to policies with effective dates of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
- The premium to which the new business bonus commission will apply is limited at $10,000,000 per account.
- The special commission incentive checks will be issued at the end of the program period in a single lump-sum payment.
- Business produced in New York will not be eligible for the additional 5 percent bonus on new business and 1 percent on retained business provided to Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies. This applies to the 2026–2027 program year.
In addition, we continue to encourage solo-to-five-physician submissions for our new business bonus commission program that is open to all agents and brokers. An additional 5 percent commission (for all states except New York) will be paid as new business and for the first policy renewal for these submissions.
This is the 13-year anniversary of the Commission Incentive Program. Since its inception (2014–2015), Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies have earned $46 million in additional commission.
