Top Performers: Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies Named for 2024–2025

The Doctors Company is pleased to announce the agencies and brokerages that have been awarded Chairman’s Circle and Key Agency status for the 2024–2025 year. We thank them for their hard work and dedication to establishing successful relationships with The Doctors Company.

Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies who qualify to participate in our renewed 2024–2025 Key Agency Commission Incentive Program and who meet predetermined goals can earn additional commissions of 5 percent on new business and 1 percent on retained business. For the 2023–2024 qualifying period, Chairman’s Circle and Key Agencies received $4.4 million in bonus commission, with a total of $36.9 million paid since the program’s inception in 2015. The average bonus paid was $137,370, with 80 percent of agencies participating in the program. One agency even earned $705,000 in bonus commission.

These agencies/brokerages also receive other significant benefits, including expanded commission opportunities, the option for upfront remittance of annual commission payments, participation in our Co-op Marketing Program, and recognition on our Key Agent webpage.
