Seaside Seclusion in Athens Awaits Qualifiers of the 2025–2026 Greece Travel Incentive
The 2024–2025 Agent/Broker Travel Incentive has ended and we’ve finalized the list of qualifying agents and brokers who will celebrate the success of their sales efforts by joining us on an epic trip to Switzerland.
Our 2025–2026 Agent/Broker Travel Incentive has now kicked off as of July 1, giving you a new opportunity to earn a trip to Athens, Greece, from September 27, 2026, to October 1, 2026. If you didn’t make the cut for winning this year’s Switzerland trip, you are going to want to set your sales targets higher this time around because you won’t want to miss what we’re planning in Greece.
As announced in the May issue of The Agent’s Advocate, this year’s theme is Opa! A Luxurious Odyssey Through Historic Athens, and qualifiers of the travel incentive will indulge in a four-night stay at the brand new One&Only Aesthesis resort, which is merely a stone’s throw away from the sapphire-blue waters of the Athenian Riviera.
A coastal hideaway located in the Glyfada neighborhood, this gated 52-acre beachfront resort provides guests with the unique contrast of being surrounded by a forest overlooking the postcard-perfect shoreline of the Aegean Sea, evoking the essence of a private island.
The modern-retro design of the property, which opened in 2024, is a throwback to Glyfada Beach’s 1960s glamorous heyday but with contemporary, state-of the-art rooms and amenities that will intoxicate you from the moment you step foot on the property.

There are 95 super-sized bungalows peppered throughout the site—each with its own plunge pool, stone bathtub, walk-in wardrobe, wood paneling, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The exceptional in-room amenities include cocktail shakers and premium spirits, artisan chocolates, linen robes, leather-bound manicure kits, and signature Montroi beauty products scented with black tea, amber, birch, and lichen—all making for a powerfully seductive ambience.
Some bungalows are right on the beach, while others are enveloped in vivid bougainvillea, rosemary, and olive trees. And the alfresco areas, complete with plush lounge chairs, outdoor showers, and fireplaces, bring relaxation to the next level.
When it comes to guest service, the One&Only is head and shoulders above the rest. Each guest has two dedicated hosts; super-prompt room service (via What’s App) by on-call, round-the-clock staff; restaurant and spa reservations; and buggy transportation pick-ups. Sandal-making workshops, private museum tours, and boat trips to the nearby islands of Kea and Aegina can be arranged.
In charge of the resort’s impeccable food options are masterminds Paco Morales and Ettore Botrini, who have both received Michelin stars. In the outdoorsy and casual Ora restaurant, Chef Botrini puts an Italian twist on Greek cuisine, with such dishes as oysters, lobster, and sea bass sashimi, accompanied by nightly DJ sets playing house music for guests around the pool area. Manko, the resort’s buzzy Peruvian restaurant is right on the waterfront with its own internal beach area equipped with sofas and tables for toes-in-the-sand beer and cocktails alongside two shallow pools for a quick dip on a hot day. Head Chef Juan David Ocampo serves up flavorful dishes like a grilled white fish with a beurre blanc sauce and a red prawn, stone crab, and sea urchin ceviche. In addition, there is a trio of bars to choose from.
The spa at the resort is also a standout—the first in Greece by the extravagant French beauty brand Guerlain. High-end facilities include a cryotherapy chamber, a gym packed with Technogym machines, yoga pavilion, and a glamour studio for guests to have their hair, nails, and make-up done.
On top of all that, the resort prides itself by being eco-friendly, with a LEED certification and energy-efficient cooling, heating, and extensive use of local timber and marble. There are no single-use plastics in the guestrooms, glass bottles and flasks can be filled on site, and toiletries come in paper pouches or ceramic bottles. The inspired landscaping also restored an area that had been trampled by quasi-legal nightclubs for decades by adding 200,000 drought-resistant plants. And a protected forest within the boundaries of the resort has remained untouched.
If you’ve never been to Greece, this trip will blow your mind! Don’t pass up the opportunity to join us on this euphoria-inducing, exclusive trip. The 2025–2026 Agent/Broker Travel Incentive just began and it’s never too soon to start planning your sales targets so you can reap the benefits of your success. Make this the year that you break your own sales record and earn a spot at this magical five-star property in Athens.
