Foundation Accepting Letters of Intent for 2022 Grants
The Doctors Company Foundation is currently accepting Letters of Intent for its 2022 grant cycle. Since the Foundation’s inception in 2008, it has provided more than $6.75 million in grants to support patient safety education for healthcare professionals in training and in practice and for patient safety research with clinically useful applications. The grant program is focused on projects and activities that develop knowledge, techniques, and tools to reduce or eliminate risk of adverse events that cause harm to patients.
The Foundation seeks applicants who can demonstrate innovative approaches, produce measurable patient/clinician outcomes, and disseminate findings that result in widespread use to improve patient safety across the healthcare community.
Letters of Intent will be accepted through the end of business on Monday, March 21, 2022.
The Foundation’s grant review committee will then evaluate submissions and select a limited number of projects to move forward in the grantmaking process.
