This interactive “real world” session focuses on the service techniques and language used every day by Medical Group Professionals. It was developed with the Hoag Medical Group, Mission Heritage Medical Group, and includes the voice of our staff and patient community. Through your participation, we will examine our self-motivation and what inspires each of us to care and educate our patients. The session will also explore the future of how our medical group will excel in our quest to be leaders in “population health” and to create a higher quality of life for our patients. The working sessions will include simple, effective and professional communication methods that can help the patient receive the best care possible, clarify what is being done to provide for their wellbeing, and explain how we educate them to be active in managing their health.
