The Foundation Board Welcomes New Director Ami Parekh, MD, JD
We’re pleased to welcome Ami Parekh, MD, JD, to The Doctors Company Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Parekh is the Chief Health Officer at Included Health, where she leads their national primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, clinical navigation, and population health management practices. She also serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Board of Directors and previously served as Chief Medical Officer of Population Health and Clinical Integration for UCSF Health and served on the founding board of Canopy Health, a regional health plan. Her expertise is in driving system-level change toward value for the patients and purchasers of American healthcare.
Dr. Parekh serves on The Doctors Company Board of Governors and is a member of the company’s Patient Safety Committee.
