TDC Group’s Government Relations team works nationwide to defend medical liability reforms that are in place, prevent legislation from being enacted that would undermine the defenses of our members, and take opportunities to enact new measures that would limit liability exposure for our members and healthcare professionals across the country.
In 2026, 46 state legislatures, the District of Columbia, and the United States Congress will hold regular sessions. We are tracking bills across all those states and have identified the policy proposals of highest importance. Our advocacy efforts on bills we have identified as a priority include direct lobbying by our in-house Government Relations team, directing the advocacy of contracted lobbyists, and coordination with diverse coalitions on behalf of our members.
