The Doctors Company will provide first-class air travel (or its equivalent) for you and your guest, using the most direct route available to and from your home and the ATH airport.
If you wish to alter your travel plans to include a stay in Paris, for example, you will be responsible for any additional airline and other costs incurred.
Transportation

For off-site and hosted activities, we have contracted with Optimum Greece to provide transportation and guides.
Airport Transfers
Airport transfers will be provided by Optimum Greece. Their team will have a copy of your travel itinerary and will monitor any changes to your arrival and departure times.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the arrivals area and look for a uniformed Optimum Greece representative holding a sign with The Doctors Company logo.
All scheduled transportation costs, including gratuity, will be covered by The Doctors Company.
We will provide Optimum Greece with your mobile phone number and email address, so they are able to communicate directly with you.

One&Only Aesthesis
The One&Only Aesthesis is located along the coast of Southern Athens, within a protected forest reserve and approximately 30 minutes from the city center.
The hotel is within walking distance of Glyfada, a vibrant suburb often considered the unofficial capital of the Athens Riviera. Glyfada is known for its beaches, upscale shopping, dining, and lively nightlife.

Extending Your Stay
We have made arrangements with the One&Only Aesthesis to give you the option of extending your stay at your own expense, as outlined in the reservation link, at one of our negotiated rates, for the following dates:
Pre-trip nights: September 24, 25, or 26
Post-trip nights: October 1, 2, or 3
Daytime Attire: Casual travel wear.
Evening Attire: See daily dinners and activities.
All Day: Flight arrivals at the ATH airport.
Upon arrival at the ATH airport, look for the uniformed Optimum Greece representative holding The Doctors Company sign in the arrival area. They will assist you with your transportation to the One&Only Aesthesis.
One&Only Aesthesis
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a personal credit card for incidentals and any expenses not included in the incentive program. Please see Program Inclusions and Personal Expenses.
For early arrivals, the hotel will store your luggage and may provide a courtesy room for guests to freshen up, based on availability.
Midday: Welcome to Athens, Greece! The day is yours to explore the hotel and surrounding area.

Lake Vouliagmeni, located just five minutes from the hotel, is a hidden gem along the Athenian Riviera. Known as a natural thermal spa and geological wonder, it offers a stunning setting surrounded by natural beauty.
We will gather for a private lakeside dinner, enjoying the breathtaking backdrop and warmth of the Greek sun.

Build your day! Start your morning with an optional visit to the top of the Acropolis. After lunch, participate in a second activity of either the llias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum, a Mixology Masterclass, or head back to the resort. If you forego the Acropolis in the morning, you will have the option to meet up with the group for lunch and participate in an activity in the afternoon.

Lake Vouliagmeni
Lake Vouliagmeni located five minutes away from the hotel. This hidden gem of the Athenian Riviera is nestled in the heart of Greece. Attendance at the mandatory business meeting on Wednesday morning is required to help avoid the possibility of taxes being incurred on the cost of the trip.

Personal Expenses
You are responsible for any additional personal charges incurred during your stay. These may include, but are not limited to, in-room movies, laundry service, poolside food and beverage service, meals not included in the itinerary, minibar charges, personal beverage bills, gift shop purchases, and shipping costs.
The Doctors Company will not cover shipping costs for gifts provided by The Doctors Company or for items personally purchased during your stay in Athens.
The hotel will maintain a separate account for these expenses. Please settle any outstanding balance at the hotel front desk prior to departure.
Passport
You will need a valid passport for this trip. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of departure from Greece. (Two pages are required for entry stamp.)
What to Pack
Greece uses Type C and Type F electrical outlets with a standard voltage of 230V and frequency of 50Hz.
Travelers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and other regions will need a Type C/F plug adapter. A voltage converter may also be required for devices that are not dual-voltage.
Most outlets accommodate two round pins, with Type F outlets also supporting grounded plugs.

In September, average temperatures typically range from a high of approximately 84°F to a low of 64°F.

Athens, Greece, is in the Eastern European Summer Time zone. During this period, Athens is 7 hours ahead of New York and 10 hours ahead of California. Greece observes daylight saving time through the end of October.
