IVANS Download
The Doctors Company is dedicated to continuously improving ease of doing business for our agents and brokers. We have heard feedback from agents and brokers and are excited to announce that IVANS commission download, also referred to as direct bill commission statements (DBCS), functionality will be available in the early third quarter of 2023.
IVANS commission download delivers The Doctors Company’s commission statements directly into your agency management system via the IVANS Exchange regular policy download—automatically creating an electronic version of our commission statement, which can be used to reconcile and post direct-bill commissions.
You will be able to:
- Automate your commission statement reconciliation and eliminate the need for manual data entry.
- Reduce commission statement processing time.
How to get started with IVANS Download:
- Please complete this form if you are able to access IVANS Exchange and would like to sign up for commission downloads.
- Configure your agency management system to receive downloads from The Doctors Company.
- Wait for notification from The Doctors Company Agency Support that IVANS Download is turned on for your agency/brokerage. When IVANS Download becomes available for your agency/brokerage, we will send an email to the contact person listed on your registration form from step one above.
