Donovan R. Weger, chief operating officer of Gallagher Healthcare, has more than 16 years of insurance experience in the areas of claims, sales, and underwriting. He joined Gallagher Healthcare in 2004. In October 2011, he became chief operating officer and took on responsibility for all facets of day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, accounting, and personnel management. Prior to joining Gallagher Healthcare, he served as the director of business development for American Physicians Insurance Exchange. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Tech University and his MBA from Southwest Texas State University.
