Authorized Representatives

In order to be designated as an authorized representative, The Doctors Company requires an authorization letter from the primary doctor or group manager/administrator. The letter must be written on the practice’s letterhead, and it must include the title and contact information of the individual designated as the authorized representative. In addition, the letter should stipulate that the designated individual has the authority to access the practice’s Certificates of Insurance and credentialing reports through The Doctors Company Web site. The letter of authorization can be sent by e-mail to memberservice@thedoctors.com or by fax to (707) 265-3466 to the attention of Member Services.

Authorized representatives can sign up now to begin the registration process. After you have completed the registration process and your letter of authorization has been received, we will notify you by e-mail that your account has been activated.
